Yes. Every ticket sold on BanqPass is verified authentic by our team before delivery, and backed by our 100% FanProtect™ guarantee.

How quickly do I get my tickets?

Mobile tickets are delivered instantly to the email you provide at checkout. In rare cases where the ticket is held by a verified seller, delivery occurs within 24 hours or at least 48 hours before the event.

Can I get a refund?

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you receive a full refund. Please see our Terms of Service for complete refund rules.

Why are prices higher than face value?

BanqPass is a secondary marketplace. Prices are set by individual sellers based on demand. All applicable fees are shown at checkout before purchase.

Are my card details safe?

Yes. Checkout runs over 256-bit SSL and is PCI DSS compliant. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
