1. Marketplace

BanqPass (operated by Banquet Organization LLC) is a secondary marketplace. We facilitate ticket transactions between buyers and verified third-party sellers. Ticket prices are set by sellers and may be above or below face value.

2. FanProtect™ guarantee

If your tickets don't arrive on time, aren't valid, or the event is cancelled without reschedule, you receive a comparable replacement or a full refund.

3. Delivery

Mobile tickets are delivered to the email provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid email address.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely by our PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. By placing an order you authorise the full charge including service fees.

5. Refunds

All sales final except as covered by FanProtect™. Postponed events are not refundable; your tickets will remain valid for the new date.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
